Going around with the virtual agent, I noticed that one of the keys is only eligible for Maya I know I can use the Maya instead but my colleague is using the version so that he can train me as he using the version currently.

You just showed the same image again as you did before just without the serial present. Again there’s no in that listing.. So I’m not what you expect us to do with the same information? Go into your Autodesk Account and see what information is there or the versions that you’re entitled to. I’m not even sure where you are regarding that image allowing you to select all these versions.

Where did that image come from? What process? Sorry for the lack of details. In the virtual agent, i can actually view all the keys I have for the specific programs. I initially did not pick Maya to download and picked the Maya version. I received an email that said I’m using the Maya which I will link the image of the email later and when I tried to activate with the serial, it shows that my serial key is invalid also there will be an image later.

So the student is only entitled to Maya version instead of the Maya version? Apparently, for the 3dmax, I’m allowed to use any version of it which is why I’m confused when Maya is the only version I can use. Hope these details are useful for later on. And also if the problem can be resolved, I can try to learn the version instead but might have harder time for my colleague to teach me according to him.
