Each time I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled I’ve made sure all of the old files and PSTs etc have gone and it’s still crashing each time I try to complete the process of adding an email. The laptops brand new, it’s nothing insane but it’s a new generation i5 Lenovo laptop so I can’t imagine it’s a problem with the hardware.
