Tracy – I had the same problem and found xero invite employees to payroll – xero invite employees to payroll in Xero help – I’m waiting to hear from the employee if this worked but it’s worth a go In Payroll, go to Employees. Find the employee you want to resend the invite to, tick the box to the left of their name. Scroll back to the top of the list and there is a button to “Invite to Payroll”.
Hi Catherine, unfortunately they aren’t showing as users as they’ve never activated the link. I tried that solution from your previous thread I’m afraid. I have xero invite employees to payroll – xero invite employees to payroll members of staff that have never accepted their invite to payroll. It now won’t let me re-invite them. I’ve tried removing the email, saving and adding again but to no avail One of them found the old link in their emails but the link has too. I can’t delete their user profile from the settings as they aren’t showing, possibly because they’ve never accepted the invite.

Find Users Menu. Find employee, choose 3 dots on the RHS and “delete” employee. It doesn’t delete the employee’s record.
