Last week, we set winows an employee in our office with a new Windows 10 computer. She had a Windows 7 computer and the Fujitsu fi scanner connected to it and it would work perfectly fine. We’ve had success with V9. They are fromand I think originally came with the scanner.

I’m having the same issue just as you describe. I’ve tried both the suggestions above, windws without any improvement. Have you found a solution to this? I have the same problems. I installed the drivers from the Fujitsu site and they didn’t work, then ran the Twain SSM_ Scanner Utility for Microsoft Windows and it was fixed. Hopefully this helps. (Got the driver from the ScannedAll Pro CD).
