After some research on this site, I found a solution that seemed to work for others with the same software and problem. I went to control panel, left clicked, selected ‘change’, then selected ‘quick fix’, and a loading screen popped up that said Office was repairing and it shouldn’t take long. From further research I’ve noted it has taken on average hours for these repairs to be made.

In my case, however, this loading screen has been up for nearly four days. I’ve tried to end the repair but to no avail. I’ve turned my laptop off and on and, once again, no results. I cannot uninstall it until the repairs are finished, so that option is out of the question unless there is another way I am unaware of. If there is a way to speed up the process or a way to fix this, please let me know! Having issues installing Office Professional Plus Installed with a DVD as well as with an online version. Both times it hungs at the end of the process. Purchased the software at the college. Mark from Microsoft has helped me out alot. But no solution, still need help with the install. I found this as a possible solution, let me know if this is the solution.
