Yes the lagging cursor in outlook is an issue for me as well. As soon as the image is taken out of outlook it types normal again. The lagging cursor imo is. I am using Outlook as part of Office Windows 7 64 Home Premium SP1 In the The cursor lags and freezes and, when it catches up.
