I added money to my account and that same day that I added money I canceled my membership to zoom tan not even two minutes later they took out money for a September payment.

I called customer service and they informed me it was because that I needed to pay for September which I have not received services there since middle of August. You can also sign up online through our Online Membership Store. You simply just pick the plan you want and follow the registration and payment steps that follow.
